50 Cent’s Weight Loss Photos & Fans’ Reactions
The Instagram post in question featured 50 Cent posed up against a wall, with his leaner figure on display. It didn’t take long for fans to flood the comments section with their thoughts, generating a mix of praise, jokes, and genuine concern.
While many admirers were quick to shower the rapper with compliments, others couldn’t resist clowning the “Power” mogul’s transformation.
“The breakup with Cuban link was harder than he thought from 50 cent to a quarter,” wrote one user, suggesting that 50 must be depressed and not eating due to his recent breakup with his now-ex-girlfriend, Cuban Link.
Another joked, “Ozempic takes another, but I like Teddy Bear 50.”

One commenter compared 50’s new look to Rev. Al Sharpton, writing “Al sharpton head on that lil body.”

Why are so many fans roasting 50 over his recent weight loss? Two reasons come to mind:
(1) It’s no secret that 50 has a reputation for ribbing and/or trolling others throughout the years. So maybe his fans are just playfully giving the brotha a dose of his own medicine; and (2) It could also be because it was just a month ago that Fif’ was posting photos and of himself lookin’ far more beefed up, like this…

So the drastic, sudden weight loss photos, a month later, may come as a bit of a shock to many.
Overall, we truly hope 50 Cent is in excellent health, and that he is simply in the mode of gettin’ lean for health purposes, or a movie role…much like he did when he shed 50 pounds for the film, “All Things Fall Apart” in 2011.
