911 Audio Released: Police Sent Scrambling To R. Kelly’s Home After Suicide Threat Tip

Cook County Jail

This is just getting crazier by the day. This caller claimed that Azriel Clary and 4 other women had a suicide pact and were planning to carry it out.

Just Ridiculous 911 Call

TMZ released audio of a 911 call where someone in Chicago called about a mass suicide at Trump Tower, R. Kelly’s home in Chicago. This was totally false, but just an indication of how ridiculous people are.

Police descended on Trump Tower in Chicago Tuesday afternoon, after an anonymous caller claimed Azriel Clary and 4 other women who were alleged victims had a suicide pact and were planning on carrying it out.

Sources close to the embattled singer tell TMZ that police officers just left after going inside R. Kelly’s unit and speaking to R. Kelly’s attorneys, who assured them everyone was fine.

Turns out the call was from the National Human Trafficking Hotline.

Bogus Call

All of this, it looks like people are playing around with R. Kelly, because it appears the call was bogus. Sources say R. Kelly had been meeting with his attorneys in his pad for at least two hours before cops showed up.
