First off, we wanna give a big congratulations to former Xscape member turned reality TV star, Tiny Harris, and her husband/rapper, T.I. for bringing their baby #7 into this world! Secondly, we’ll address why T.I. says he’s now “pissed off” just a day after his lil’ bundle of joy came into the world.
40 year old Tiny had her baby and both she and the baby are happy and healthy. News began to spread about Tiny and T.I.’s now even more expanded massive family after Tiny posted a pic on Instagram of her good friend (and also former Xscape member), Kandi Burruss, dropping by the hospital to visit her and her newborn.
My sis @kandiburruss came to visit me on this special day! I love her 4life!! #Lucky7👑💝💖🙏🏽🙌🏽
The word was out and all over social media after that. So what’s T.I.’s problem you ask? Well he is pissed off because he said the blogs and social media got to announce the birth of his child before he did. he was busy in South Carolina and could not immediately put an official word out on their baby #7 soon after the birth and here’s what he took to his Facebook page to say about it:
‘What really pisses me off is that I’m in SouthCarolina & my wife just had our baby i Georgia which is really not something anybody could help & the fact that everybody gets to announce that “T.I. & Tiny welcomed their baby into the world” EXCEPT T.I. & Tiny. Couldn’t even wait until we properly announce it but #Lucky7 is here!’
We definitely understand the proud Poppa wanting to be the announcer of his new pride and joy and really regretting missing the birth of their child, BUT should he really be blaming social media and the blogs, or should he maybe be talking about that with his wife, Tiny? After all, she’s the one who posted the picture knowing that everybody and their Mommas would be all over that announcement like white on rice, just saying.
On a upside of things, we’re very happy for the Harris family on the birth of their baby #7 and we also really dig how T.I. displays a positive image of a very hands-on father on their reality TV show, “T.I. and Tiny: The Family Hustle.” Keep doing ya’ thing Mr. and Mrs. Harris…respect!
