Everybody and their Mommas’ already know about the drama between Keshia Knight Pulliam and her soon-to-be-ex husband, Ed Hartwell, so we’ll just jump right to what Keshia has just revealed about her unborn child’s name.
On her recent podcast show, “Kandidly Keshia,” lil “Rudy” revealed her daughter’s name and it has a touch of shade behind it:
“I was back and forth on if I wanted to share this or not, but I decided that I would because it is so hard for me to keep it in…I’m so excited about her. Her name is … Ella Grace,” Keshia said.
Ella Grace sounds innocent enough right? Well, see what Keshia said her daughter’s name represents…
THE ‘GRACE’ OF GOD HAS GOTTEN KESHIA THROUGH DIVORCE DRAMA
Keshia had long ago chosen the name ‘Ella,’ but after the messy divorce drama between she and Ed, she decided to make her daughter’s middle name something that would represent that.
“When I tell you through all of this, the ‘GRACE’ of God has so been with us and has covered us and protected us — she’s been my saving grace to get through it. […] It’s knowing that it’s not about me. Knowing that on days when I want to curl up in the bed, pull the covers over my head and cry until my eyes fall out, that is not an option, because she feels everything I feel, and right now, it is bigger than me — it’s about her. It is about her being OK.” – Keshia Knight Pulliam
We’re happy Keshia’s finally learned that it’s in she and her baby’s best interest to re-prioritize and focus on getting her precious mini-me here safe and sound. THEN she can go back to kicking that perfect “Rudy” image to the curb, and let the REAL Keshia K.- that we’ve been seeing these past few months- surface. That’s when the drama will re-surface too because one thing we NOW know about Keshia, is that if Ed says something she doesn’t like, she’ll go for his jugular (not literally of course).
