After the details of the will were first presented, it raised more questions and/or concerns than answers.
– For one, Kristoff’s estate is was only worth $122,000 after having been a star on a hit soap opera for nearly 30 years? Well, it was 28 years (1991-2019) to be exact, but y’all get where we’re coming from.
– Secondly, the handwritten will granted Kristoff’s eldest daughter, Lola (16) – from his marriage to ex-wife, Allana Nadal- 75% of his estate and his eldest daughter, Paris, 25%. That could because Lola is still a minor, who will need things like college education and her current school tuition paid, while his eldest daughter has already been through that process…just a hypothetical theory, but we do not know that for sure.
– Lastly Christopher St. John also raised his suspicions regarding his son’s life insurance policy possibly being tampered with. His court filing stated, “Petitioner is also concerned about a life insurance policy with Lincoln National, where Decedent was insured. He believes the beneficiary designation might have been changed without Decedent’s knowledge.”
This is such an unfortunate situation, but hopefully it will be resolved soon.
