August recently dropped the visuals for his new song “Nunya.” The video features emoji filled text messages that are being sent between August and his mystery secret girlfriend. One lyric in particular has people talking. It has fans speculating that the situationship or friendship between August and Jada has seized to exist.
The lyric is:
“The time I invested, you can’t give it back. You can’t get mad at the way I react. You had me feeling it was just as an act. YOU’RE JUST AN ACTRESS!! Putting on a show.”
In the video, immediately after the line about being an “actress,” there is a meme inserted of Jada““ Pinkett Smith from her 1994 film A Low Down Dirty Shame. The text on the meme is one of her lines in the film that says,
“Oh, so now you gon’ front?”
