According to TMZ, the subpoenas, bearing Diddy’s real name, Sean Combs, were sent to providers linked to the rapper, including his private charter jet, phone providers, and computer companies. The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York is leading the investigation and aims to identify anyone with information relevant to the case.
But it doesn’t end there. Commercial airlines and even the FAA might receive subpoenas as well, just in case Diddy opted for commercial flights instead of his private jet. It seems that the goal is to find out who flew on Diddy’s dime and where they went. The feds are not only looking for alleged victims, but also potential witnesses who could support or dispute allegations of human/sex trafficking.
One aspect that makes this particularly intriguing is the possibility of people who’ve sued Diddy being on those planes. The subpoenas will provide the feds with more intel about the nature of Diddy’s involvement with the various businesses under investigation.

As the Diddy-investigation continues to play out with more twists and turns than an action-packed mob movie, here is yet another one…and this time, it has many questioning the motive behind it.
Why Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Is Now Also Suing Cuba Gooding Jr.
As y’all already know, former Bad Boy producer, Rodney Jones a.k.a. Lil Rod, filed a lawsuit against Diddy in February 2024, which is reportedly part of the reason why the Feds recently raided Diddy’s homes. Anywho, apparently on the same day Diddy’s homes were raided in L.A. and Miami, Lil Rod amended his lawsuit by adding actor, Cuba Gooding Jr., as a defendant. Now, this could get a bit confusing due to Rodney’s prior filing, which also included Cuba’s name, so let us explain…
In his initial lawsuit filing, Rodney claimed that Diddy and Cuba made sexual advances toward him. However, he’d originally mostly accused Diddy and solely sued him for allegedly sexually harassing, drugging, and threatening him for over a year. At that time, Rodney had only claimed that Cuba supposedly made unwelcome advances –allegedly touching and groping him inappropriately– during an event on Diddy’s rented yacht.
Now, approximately one month after his initial filing, Rodney has circled back around to not just sue Diddy, but also Cuba Gooding Jr. Why? Because in his amendment, Rodney claims Cuba “began touching, groping, and fondling [his] legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks, and his shoulders” while on a yacht Diddy rented in 2023, in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Several Questionable Moves That Made Fans Question Rodney Jones’ Allegations/Lawsuit

Several of Rodney’s legal moves against Diddy have been seemingly questionable, which could ultimately hurt the credibility of his case, and prevent him from getting justice, if there are in fact injustices that he actually did endure in this scenario. Here are a few:
In Rodney’s lawsuit, he and/or his legal team alleged that Diddy and his son, Justin Combs (30), partied with underaged females and/or prostitutes.
Rodney and team also reportedly included photos, in the lawsuit, of the supposed underaged female(s) at the party (with their faces blacked out in the images), interacting with Diddy and Justin. Only problem is that two of the females whose faces they’d blacked out in the images – presumably to allude that they were underage – have since been confirmed to be full-fledged adults. One of the women is Justin Combs’ 32-year-old girlfriend/Fashion Nova model, Stephanie Rao (pictured below standing behind Justin).
The other woman, Chelsea, spoke out and submitted photos of herself, to TMZ, wearing the same outfit she had on in the lawsuit’s ‘party photos’, but did not want to be identified because she is a mother and wants to keep her privacy. However, she wanted to come forward to confirm that she is a 33-year-old woman…far from underaged.
Just a few weeks prior to Rodney filing his sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy in February 2024, he’d started a GoFundMe campaign, asking the public to ‘help him sue Diddy.’ At the time, he made no mention of sexual assault allegations (swipe left on video below), and instead said he wanted to sue Diddy for ‘unpaid royalties’ and ‘publishing rights’ from Diddy’s Grammy-nominated, “The Love Album: Off The Grid” album. Rodney’s initial goal was reportedly to raise $50,000, and he’d apparently only reached about $1,500 of that goal. Then, he’d apparently suddenly found the rest of the money he needed to sue Diddy, except in his lawsuit he had a new reason for doing so– because he said Diddy sexually assaulted, drugged, and threatened him in the past. So that switch-up also made fans question his motive.
Rodney also claimed that Diddy showed him a sex tape of Stevie J with another male (of which Rodney and/or his legal team reportedly inaccurately submitted a screenshot of as ‘evidence’ in his lawsuit), but that turned out to be proven false. The person Rodney had apparently mistaken as Stevie J — a gay adult film star named Knockout — publicly confirmed that was in fact him in a scene from a professional adult film he’d starred in, not Stevie J.

Rodney’s Lawyer Spoke Out In His Defense
Rodney’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, responded to the many questions the public had after noticing several perceived holes within Rodney’s story, stating “Victims of sexual assault respond to their trauma in very different ways. There is no uniformity in response to sexual trauma.” Blackburn also maintains that Rodney is being truthful.
It’s worth noting that several accusers have come for Diddy with claims of either sexual or physical abuse soon after his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, successfully settled with Diddy just 24 hours after she hit him with a reportedly $30 million assault-lawsuit in early 2024.

For what it’s worth…Diddy has since spoken out – via his lawyer – and stated that the government is on a “witch hunt” to attempt to bring him down.

Now, I’ve said all this to say, that if Diddy is in fact guilty of any of the multiple sexual assault/trafficking allegations against him…then, yes, he absolutely should pay the price for his alleged crimes, just like any other citizen. I just hope that whatever crimes he is found guilty of –if any– are actually crimes he really committed. Sending uplifting energy and love to all victims of assault.

It all started with the infamous slap Will Smith gave to Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars. The incident caused a serious dent in Will’s image, leading to a decline in high-profile contributors who had previously supported the foundation. Tax records reveal a significant drop in the foundation’s revenue, from $2,138,660 in 2021 to just $365,870 in 2022, representing an 83% year-over-year decrease.
Contributors such as American Airlines and CAA, who had donated crazy amounts in the past, also distanced themselves from the foundation. The departure of these influential donors further contributed to the decline in revenue.
Sources close to the foundation confirmed that Will and Jada had already decided to wind down the organization before the Oscars incident. They now intend to focus on charitable causes privately, ensuring the same level of financial support while avoiding public scrutiny.
Despite the decline in revenue, the Will And Jada Smith Family Foundation made notable contributions to various organizations in 2022. They donated $100,000 to the American Film Institute and $2,500 to Big Brothers Big Sisters. Additionally, smaller organizations such as Rebecoming and World Rebirth Foundation received financial support.

Despite the closure of their foundation, Will Smith continues to command significant paydays in Hollywood. It is reported that he is set to earn $25 million for both the upcoming sequel “Bad Boys 4” and Netflix’s “Fast and Loose.”

After he found himself in the crosshairs of federal law enforcement agents as they raided his homes in both Florida and Los Angeles on March 25, federal agents also intercepted Diddy’s private jet at the Opa Locka Airport in Miami, leading to the arrest of his alleged “mule,” 25-year-old Brendon Paul.
The affidavit reveals that Paul was booked on multiple drug charges, including possession of suspected cocaine and suspected marijuana candy. Both of these offenses are classified as felonies in Florida, further intensifying the legal troubles surrounding the incident.
Working in conjunction with Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection personnel, the legal docs state that officers discovered the suspected drugs amidst Paul’s travel bags. The substances were subjected to thorough testing, reportedly confirming their authenticity and leading to Paul’s subsequent arrest. However, Paul has since bailed out of jail.

Mariah’s father, Alfred Roy Carey, is of African-American and African-Venezuelen descent. Alfred’s father was an African-Venezuelan and his mother was an African American woman from Alabama.

Mariah’s dad and her mother, Patricia, were married when Mariah was young, but their marriage ultimately ended because they eventually succumbed to all of the racial backlash and mistreatment they were getting from so many people of all races during the civil rights era.
After her parents divorced when she was still a young girl, Mariah and her father began to drift apart and Mariah ultimately ended up regretting that they didn’t spend more time together before her father passed away from cancer. He passed away after Mariah became a multiplatinum selling singer, so he did get a chance to see her flourish in life.
After Patricia and Alfred divorced in 1973, Alfred started seeing their three children only on a weekly basis. “Lucky for me, my mother never said anything negative about my father. She never discouraged me from having a good feeling about him. She always taught me to believe in myself, to love all the things I am. In that sense I’m very lucky, because I could have been a very screwed-up person.”
Mariah had a change of heart and decided to find her Dad after years of not speaking to him and well after she had sold millions of records. They reconnected, but their time together wasn’t long because Alfred was battling cancer. Here’s what Mariah said about her redeveloping a relationship with her father:
“When you grow up with one parent, you get one side of the story. I’m not saying there was a deliberate thing that happened, but that’s just the way it is. I was fortunate to find out things I never knew about my father. For one thing, I never knew he was in touch with my music and my career. He wrote me a letter: ‘It doesn’t matter whatever is happening, you’ve always been a star to me, even before anybody knew who you were.’ It meant so much to me. I never knew he was sentimental. I was grateful to be able to spend time with him before he got sick. It was unfortunate that I lost him so soon after, but I was grateful for the time I was able to spend with him.”

Mariah’s dad succumbed to cancer in 2002 on the 4th of July. As he took his last breathe, Mariah held his hand…a day she will never forget. The little girl whom Alfred wasn’t there for when she needed him to teach her about boys, life, and how to deal with being teased because of her mixed heritage, was ultimately there for him when he needed her the most. He didn’t need the lights, nor the fame in his last days, he simply needed his own flesh and blood holding his hand and helping him transition.
ILOSM fam’ this is just a reminder that no matter how long a parent has been out of their children’s lives and made some bad decisions with their parental responsibilities, it is never too late to at least try to ask for forgiveness from their child. If the remorse is sincere, the child can feel it, although they don’t necessarily have to accept it, but that’s just the price that parent has to pay. It’s better late, than never though. In Mariah’s case, the damage was already done, but she and her Pops were fortunate enough to not have waited until it was too late to allow the healing to begin.

According to TMZ, ‘officers have shut down the entire area … with helicopters swarming up above. There are at least two choppers in the area, and a lot of police on the ground.’There are also now photos of Diddy’s sons, Justin and King Combs, handcuffed as law enforcement talk to them outside the L.A. home. Although it’s unclear why (and seemingly a tad unnecessary) Justin and King are in ‘cuffs, if the investigation is supposedly about their father only. 🤷🏾♂️
Fox11 (via TMZ) has also posted footage of the raid, which appear to show law enforcement approaching Diddy’s home with weapons, via boat as well.

The legal troubles appear to have just been dialed up a few notches for Diddy. Federal law enforcement agents have simultaneously raided Diddy’s multi-million dollar homes in both Florida and Los Angeles. The multi-agency operation, led by Homeland Security, has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry.
Helicopters have reportedly hovered ominously overhead as law enforcement officials descended upon Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion. Guns drawn, agents meticulously combed through the property, leaving no stone unturned, according to sources. Witnesses outside observed individuals being questioned in front of the house, their identities shrouded in mystery. It remains unclear if Diddy himself was present during the raid.
To add to the intensity of the situation, it has come to light that Diddy’s East Coast property, located in Miami, is also being subjected to a simultaneous raid. Law enforcement sources have confirmed that investigators are diligently searching for evidence and uncovering the truth behind multiple allegations raised in civil suits against the music mogul. Notably, Diddy has consistently denied any involvement in the alleged human trafficking activities.
While the nature of the allegations is yet to be disclosed, this marks a significant moment in the career of Diddy. However, it’s impossible to predict the full extent of it’s ramifications. As we await the facts, we hope that facts only will be what ultimately prevails in this matter.

Actress Paula Jai Parker, best known for her roles in “Friday”, “Hustle & Flow,” and the animated series, “The Proud Family,” is highly pissed after receiving her recent earnings from SAG. So was comedian/actress, Luenell, who also revealed her SAG earnings. And quite frankly, after seeing just how much — or rather, how little — they earned, we definitely understand where they’re coming from.
Paula Jai Parker And Luenell Blast SAG Over Minuscule Check
A few weeks ago, Paula decided to share with the world exactly how tiny her weekly SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Film Artists) checks are, and tiny is damn near an understatement, unfortunately. Matter of fact, you know the saying that ‘it must make dollars and sense’? Well, when it comes to Paula’s check, it apparently skipped clean over the ‘dollars’ part and jumped straight to ‘cents’…literally.

“The Hustle and Flow” and “Friday” veteran revealed that she got paid a whopping $0.78 cents! Nah, that is not a typo folks. She really received a $0.78 check from SAG-AFTRA, via Bank of America…and to prove it, she shared a pic of her check on social media. In doing so, she also, shared how she felt about it:

As you noticed, Paula mentioned that she was a recent NAACP nominee, which she’d just shared news of online shortly before receiving her tiny check from SAG-AFTRA. The reason she’s nominated is because homegirl is still out here doin’ the damn thing in the acting game…she’s just not getting her just-due when it comes to her pocketbook…at least not from SAG-AFTRA, that is. However, the popular animated series Paula does voice-over work for, “The Proud Family: Louder And Prouder,” was nominated for two 2024 NAACP Awards.

For what it’s worth, it must of at least been comforting for Paula to know she is not alone in her SAG-check struggle. After she took to social media to vent about her SAG-AFTRA check, comedian/actress, Luenell, commented underneath Paul’s post to let her now they are both in the same struggle, writing:
“See Paula, I already made a post like this … was about 15 checks that added up to about $96.00🤔”-Luenell
Wow. So, as we all can see from Luenell’s and Paula’s transparency… two things are abundantly clear– fame does not always equate to dollars; and in Hollywood it’s no secret that oftentimes Black actresses unfortunately get far less respect in the game.
