Things Changed For Rockwell

Well that was then and this is now. Things done changed for Rockwell y’all. His art has now imitated life, because apparently somebody was watching him when they recorded Rockwell getting dragged out of his home by cops, over the pettiest crime ever. It’s just been reported that Rockwell got locked up on Thursday (5-25-17) for allegedly hitting his female housekeeper for not making his sandwich fast enough. What in the Oscar-Mayer-bologna-hell kind of move is THAT?!! See the rest of the details below:

Via TMZ: Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the housekeeper called cops Thursday afternoon to report Rockwell had hit her. The fight was apparently over lunch. We’re told she claims the one-hit wonder got pissed because she didn’t make a sandwich quickly enough at his Venice, CA home. According to our sources, she told police she wanted to make a citizen’s arrest on her boss […] Rockwell is being booked for misdemeanor battery, and remains in custody.

If the housekeeper’s side of the story is accurate, I have a few words of advice for the homie, Rockwell: Get up and make your own sandwich the next time. It’ll save your iconic family the public humiliation and keep you outta trouble. Wah-lah (voilà)! Problem solved.

On a side note, lately Rockwell hasn’t had great luck with the females in his life- whether it’s on a professional level with his female housekeeper, or on a personal level with his recent ex-girlfriend. Say what now? Y’all didn’t know about the alleged volatile 2016 incident with his ex? Let me feel you in: Last year (2016) Rockwell was granted a restraining order against ex-girlfriend, Leslie Miller. He claimed Miller had ‘beaten’ him and harassed his Pops, Berry Gordy, with threatening phone calls. On May 30th (2016) Miller was arrested and on June 2nd (2016) she was released. Later the case was dropped after a judge found insufficient evidence.

Hopefully we won’t have to report any more legal issues about Rockwell any time soon…wishing everyone involved, the best.
