Beyoncé Exposes Wedding Planner For Trying To Exploit Her Chid For Millions

Beyoncé and her legal team are ready for war with a woman who is apparently trying to come up big time off of Bey’s and Jay Z’s daughter, Blu Ivy. Some of y’all may recall when news surfaced that a woman, named Veronica Morales, trademarked Blue Ivy’s name, before the Carters could do so for their baby.

As soon as they found out who pulled that jack move, Bey’s legal team met with Morales to try to get ownership of the trademark. Needless to say, that didn’t go over so well and now Bey has sent her legal heavy-hitters to attempt to work things out, but Morales is now trying to pull a major stunt of her own- one worth millions, according to reports.

Morales reportedly is holding Blue Ivy’s name hostage, unless Bey abides by her very odd negotiation and business plan. See what just happened below…

Via The Blast: According to documents…Bey’s legal team claims shortly after Veronica Morales opposed the trademark filing for “Blue Ivy Carter,” a meeting was set up between the two parties to try and settle the claim. However, they say the meeting turned out to be a “business proposal” for Morales to try and offload her company in exchange for dropping the trademark opposition.

Bey’s team says during the meeting, Morales’ counsel “gave a long speech” about treating the opposition as an “opportunity for a business relationship rather than an adversarial proceeding.” They say Morales put together a Power Point presentation to show why Beyoncé should acquire her wedding planning business AND her “Blue Ivy” trademark and then they could combine forces and “begin producing products and goods” with Bey attached. Morales allegedly offered a bundle deal for $10 million.

Now, Beyoncé and her team are reportedly demanding that Morales and her attorneys turn over all evidence of her Power Point presentation. That way they’ll prove once and for all that this trademark battle is just Morales’ attempt to try to get money outta Bey.

Damn, really? I guess Ms. Morales thinks she’s in some type of drama styled movie plot, or something. She presented a whole Power Point presentation, as if she actually had a shot at conducting her wedding planning business with Bey’ and earning $10 MILLION?!! Incredible.
