Good news for Beyonce and Jay Z- their twins are healthy and well after reportedly being born prematurely. As we previously reported, Beyonce and her babies-said to be a boy andf a girl- were hospitalized at L.A.’s UCLA Medical Center for over a week. The babies were had a “minore issue” with their health after it was reported that they probably had a case of jaundice- a common condition for premature newborns.
Well as of today, news has just gotten out that Jay Z was able to take his wife and their twin mini-me’s home to a plush new crib on Wednesday (June 21, 2017). For a while Bey’s fans were starting to get worried, because their hospital stay was a little longer than average, but it’s great to hear that they’re fine now.
Beyonce’s & Jay Z’s New $400K Malibu Rental
Okay, now we must discuss this FIRE new crib the Carter’s have brought their twins and Blue Ivy to. They’re currently renting a Malibu, FL mansion for $400K a month! And according to DailyMail, that bad boy is LAID:
Via DM: Boasting ‘unobstructed views’ of the Pacific Ocean, 14 bathrooms, 10 bedrooms and a 25ft infinity pool, this is the lavish Malibu hideaway that Beyoncé and her newborn twins currently call home. Beyoncé is renting the $400,000-a-month mansion known as La Villa Contenta until the end of August and moved in on Wednesday after leaving hospital with her newborns, believed to be a boy and a girl.
The house also boasts a dining room that can seat up to 24 people and comes with George III antique furniture and a limestone ceiling. On the upper floor is a master suite with his and hers ensuite bathrooms, individual closets and a large terrace overlooking the Pacific.
Along with the 25ft infinity pool, the natatorium has an indoor bathing area of its own and a frieze over the doorway decorated with more than a million seashells. The two changing rooms, named Venus for women and Neptune for men after the Roman deities of love and the sea, have onyx paneling and large lounge areas.
The main swimming area has 20ft glass ceilings, a hand-painted gesso mural, an onyx fireplace and elaborate shell-encrusted chandeliers designed to resemble octopi. Attached is a ‘state-of-the-art’ Viking-design kitchen, each of which cost up to $10,000, and is described in the listing as having ‘everything a home cook or professional caterer could need’.

Mama Tina Showed Up Too…
DailyMail also reported that Tina Lawson, Beyonce and Solange’s mom, stopped by the Malibu crib to visit her grandbabies on Sunday (June 25th)…
It must be nice! We may not know what the Carter’s twins look like as of yet, but those twins sure are getting a taste of what the good life outside of their momma’s tummy looks like.
The best part of it all is that nothing was given to either one of their parents. We’ve watched them build their brands from the ground up throughout the years. So aside from the material possessions, the best thing the Carter’s are showing Blue Ivy and the twins is what it really means to find your passion and pour your blood, sweat, and tears into it. The material items will come eventually, but that should never be the end goal – a lesson it seems that Beyonce’ and Jay Z learned long ago. Congrats to the Carter’s!
