the situation. And I can’t speak.”
In the interview with GMA’s Linsey Davis, Cosby said he’s not sure if people will come to him with questions about whether the allegations are true, but he encouraged people to focus on his message, not the person delivering it.
“I am prepared to tell this young person about life…I think that many of them say, ‘Well you’re a hypocrite,” he said of his critics. “My point is, ‘OK, listen to me carefully, I’m telling you where the road is out. I’m telling you where as you’re driving you’re going to go into water and it looks like it may only be three inches but you and your car are going to go here. Now, you want to go here or you want to be concerned about who’s giving you the message?'”

Since we do not know what the truth is we cannot accurately give an opinion on this either way. If Cosby did what the women are alleging, then he absolutely deserves to pay for that, but if he did not, then this is just another example of how money, business, power, and the powers-that-be will stop at no cost to slander a celebrity after they’ve either made them angry, or if the celeb’ simply has something that they want to take from them.
“The media’s the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that’s power. Because they control the minds of the masses.” -Malcolm X
Again, we DO NOT know if that is the case with these Cosby allegations, it’s just that the timing of all of these claims is what is causing many to raise an eyebrow.
There are many similarities between the Cosby allegations and the sexual assault allegations that were suddenly made against Michael Jackson, only to have some of those accusers recant their story after he was deceased. When money and power are involved, in the business of entertainment, things can get really weird and twisted.
Here is a list of things that Cosby allegedly had in the works just before these claims surfaced:
1. Bill Cosby was about to make a great comeback on NBC with a new show that was going to add positive imagery of African Americans on TV…something he’s been fighting with network execs to allow him to do for decades.
2. Cosby also had an upcoming Netflix special, a comedy tour, and repeated upcoming TV appearances.
3. He made it publicly known that he did not like the one-sided images of Blacks on TV. He was dedicated to changing that stigma once again, just like he’d done with the Cosby Show. Something that many mainstream media execs do not want to see happen.
4. Then there was the NETWORK Cosby was rumored to be starting. That is like a major ‘no-no’ for influential African American’s with powerful voices (although Oprah was able to pull it off, but not on mainstream TV…she’s on cable, which is still a big deal). No one knows exactly what Cosby’s
