New information seems to be circulating at lightening speed in the Bill Cosby allegations. Today word on the Old School curb is that it’s etched in stone – Cosby will have no choice but to answer questions in a new deposition for Judy Huth, a woman who claims that she was sexually assaulted by Cosby when she was at the Playboy Mansion at the age of 15. Okay we know that just sounded like all kinds of wrong on so many levels- with the 15 year old being at the X rated Playboy Mansion back in the day and the term sexual assault being mentioned in the same sentence as she and Cosby’s name, but we’ll just have to sit back and see what details, if any, emerge from this deposition.

A Californian judge will set a date for the deposition of the 78-year-old actor and comedian over claims made by Judy Huth that he molested her in the Playboy Mansion in 1974 by the end of the week.
[Her lawyer, Gloria Allred] is representing 17 women who accuse Mr. Cosby of sexually assaulting them, and said the first evidence will be heard no later than September 30 when he and Ms Huth are deposed as part of a civil suit.
