McGregor, 30, was later arrested for strong-arm robbery and criminal mischief. Both charges carry maximum jail sentences of 15 years and 5 years, respectively.
“He robbed me. It was daylight robbery. It wasn’t just a broken phone,” he told DailyMail.com. “Nobody has taken the phone away from him and given it back to me. As far as I know he’s still got it. It’s got all my personal pictures of my mother and son that I will never be able to get back now.”
He Was Bonded Out Of Jail
McGregor bonded out of jail with $12,500 he is due back in court on April 10.
His court appearance comes just five days after time runs out on a six-month suspension issued by the Nevada State Athletic Commission for his role in a brawl at UFC 229.
Last April, he was arrested for smashing the windows of a transport bus carrying fighters competing at UFC 223. He reached a plea agreement and served no jail time. The father-of-one was ordered to complete anger management classes and five days of community service.
