Faizon Love: “I wish I could say sorry or feel remorse, but sometime, somebody got to get there a$$ whipped.[…] I was about to walk away and then he tried to spit on me. So that’s why when you see me walk away, he spit but it missed and that’s why I was like, ‘oh HELL no. … And that’s when I grabbed him right there.”
Faizon Love says the the guy threatened to “put hands” on him:
“I’m like ‘put hands on me?’ So I confront him, if you’re going to put hands on me let me get closer,” explained Faizon.
‘Don’t Let Social Media Give U False Courage’
Faizon continues about how youngins’ have false courage on social media and get it twisted with real life:
“These kids are just running rampant and they talk crazy to you on Twitter and they don’t understand, on Twitter they safe. In life you can’t talk crazy to people, especially the grown folks, and you can’t spit on nobody. You can’t do any of that imaginary stuff online.”
Gaines ended up with a cut underneath his eye. Faizon bailed out of jail on a 10% of a $2000 bond and his next show at The Funnybone Comedy Club in Columbus, OH on March 15th has skyrocketed in ticket sales since the fight on Tuesday.
