Gregg Leakes Continues To Fight For His Life, He Updates On Whether NeNe Will Be Getting A Divorce Soon

About a year ago we reported on the devastating news that Real Housewives of Atlanta super couple NeNe and Gregg Leakes were experiencing some hard times because Gregg had been diagnosed with colon cancer. In the year since the news broke both Gregg and NeNe have been battling both the disease as well as constant divorce rumors. It was a battle they took into their story lines of RHOA‘s 11th season.

ILOSM first broke word of Gregg’s diagnosis after NeNe cancelled a few shows from her comedy tour. She took to Instagram to Thank people for their support, yet never confirmed exactly what was going on. In part she stated;

“Today marks the 15th day straight that Gregg has been in the hospital,” Nene stated in a video posted to Instagram. “I find it very difficult to stand on stage and laugh and have a good time and give you guys your money’s worth knowing that my husband is in the hospital not feeling well.”

Months following her post NeNe made a strong comeback during the 11th season of RHOA where she and Gregg never shied away from discussing their private struggles. Gregg addressed the news during the first episode of the season in a very emotional scene.

As the season moved forward fans were able to see firsthand how Gregg’s diagnosis took a toll on he and NeNe’s marriage. For the first time in the show’s history NeNe Leakes showed a very vulnerable side that she probably had no idea would come out during filming.

The Update: Will NeNe be getting a divorce soon?

Clearly tensions and emotions have been running high in the Leakes family but thankfully there’s been an update about Gregg’s condition, as well as whether or not he and NeNe will be getting a divorce soon.
