Many of us recall when actor, Terry Crews, best known for his roles in Friday After Next and Brooklyn-Nine, blasted a “high level Hollywood exec” for sexually assaulting him at a 2016 party in front of his wife. On Oct. 10th, Terry revealed on Twitter, that an exec had groped his “privates” and his revelation shocked the hell outta everybody.

Unfortunately his reveal was joining the voices of far too many other entertainers in Hollywood, who had been sexually assaulted by Hollywood execs. After the recent sexual assault scandal involving Hollywood exec, Harvey Weinstein, surfaced, Crews decided to finally speak out as well. At the time of his public reveal, he didn’t name who his assaulter was, but now the dude’s identity has finally been confirmed.

Terry Crews’ Sex Assault Claims

TerryCrews: This whole thing with Harvey Weinstein is giving me PTSD. Why? Because this kind of thing happened to ME. Jumping back I said What are you doing?! My wife saw everything n we looked at him like he was crazy. He just grinned like a jerk. I was going to kick his ass right then— but I thought twice about how the whole thing would appear. “240 lbs. Black Man stomps out Hollywood Honcho” would be the headline the next day. Only I probably wouldn’t have been able to read it because I WOULD HAVE BEEN IN JAIL. So we left. I let it go. And I understand why many women who this happens to let it go. Who’s going 2 believe you? ( few) What r the repercussions?(many) Do u want 2 work again? (Yes) R you prepared 2b ostracized? Hollywood is not the only business we’re this happens, and to the casualties of this behavior— you are not alone. Hopefully, me coming forward with my story will deter a predator and encourage someone who feels hopeless.

Soon after Crews’ admission, everybody and their mommas were wondering who in the hell was going around Hollywood sexually assaulting 200+ pound STRAIGHT male actors, without fear that they would get their a$$ whooped, or worse.

His Alleged Sexual Predator Revealed

Throughout the online chatter though, Terry remained silent about who his assaulter was, but apparently behind the scenes, he was doing his due diligence to point out the alleged sex predator. Turns out his sex assaulter happens to be an executive at WME- the talent agency that represents Crews. Ain’t that a blip?!!

The WME executive’s name is Adam Venit and according to The Hollywood Reporter, WME has now taken legal actions against him because of his assault on Terry:

Via THR: WME agent Adam Venit is on leave after being identified as the subject of Terry Crews’ account of his own sexual assault, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

Just as Terry Crews initially admitted, Venit is a heavyweight in the game. So unfortunately, like the alleged victims of Harvey Weinstein, Crews was also afraid to speak out against Venit, for fear that Venit would pull a few strings to damage his career forever.

THR’s report also stated that WME has some of Hollywood’s biggest names on their roster, including Adam Sandler, Diane Keaton, Eddie Murphy, Kevin James, Rob Lowe, Russell Brand, Shawn Levy, Steve Martin, Sylvester Stallone and Vince Vaughn.

Sexual assault is a sad reality that is clearly happening way more than the general public is made aware of. According to THR, even in just the short time since Harvey Weinstein has been blasted for sexual assault by many Hollywood actresses, not only has Adam Venit been put on leave, but so have several other Hollywood execs who are currently being allowed to fly under the radar, while their sexual predatory allegations are quietly investigated.

Wow…Hollywood is superb at creating illusions for our entertainment, but it looks like they’ve been consistently creating false illusions in the background as well. At the rate these execs are being ousted, Hollywood is gonna have a lot of new job vacancies real soon.
