It’s on now…Kanye West done pissed off the wrong folks! Well, he’s pissed off millions of us…but in this case, we’re referring to the family and loved ones of George Floyd…and now they’re suing him for $250 million.

As y’all already know, Kanye’s been out here running rampant at the mouth; and coonin’ left n’ right on all sorts of topics. In particular, he’s not only highly — and dangerously —  continued to offend and downplay the racial plight African Americans, Latinos, and other people of color, with his continued racially divisive antics…he’s also offended Jewish people as well.

With some of his latest stunts, Kanye downplayed the murder of George Floyd in a recent interview on Revolt TV’s  “Drink Champs,” where he alluded that George did not die because former Minneapolis police officer, Derek Chauvin, had his knee on George’s neck for nearly nine minutes. He attempted to back his fellow controversial conservative homegirl, Candace Owens,’ reported claim of George dying from drugs and/or underlying conditions and whatnot.

So, now George Floyd’s young daughter, Gianna, along with her mother, Roxie Washington (pictured below), and their legal team are hitting ‘Ye where it hurts — his pockets. According to TMZ, they’re going after Kanye, ‘his business partners and his associates for harassment, misappropriation, defamation, and infliction of emotional distress. They’re seeking $250 million in damages.’

In addition to their lawsuit, the Floyd fam’s legal team also said they’ve sent a cease and desist letter to Kanye, in order to prevent him from further spreading lies and highly divisive rhetoric pertaining to George’s death. Peep what part of their legal document reads below:

“Mr. Floyd’s cause of death is well-settled through evidence presented in courts of law during the criminal and civil trials that were the result of his untimely and horrific death. Nevertheless, you have maliciously made statements that are inaccurate and unfounded, causing damage to Mr. Floyd’s estate and his family.”

The Floyd family’s lawyers refer to Kanye’s comments as “blatantly false” and “malicious,” adding that George’s daughter, Gianna, is continuously being “retraumatized” by Kanye’s statements, which they feel are “creating an unsafe and unhealthy environment for her.”

In their cease and desist letter, the Floyd family’s legal team have demanded that Kanye not only zip it on all topics George Floyd related; but that he also scrubs the internet of his “Drink Champs” statements, as well as any other interview where he’s spoke on George’s name.

By the way, following Kanye’s interview, George’s brother, Philonise Floyd, had previously announced that he and his fam’ planned on taking legal action…and now, the mother of George’s daughter has already got that ball rolling.

Hopefully, someone within Kanye’s inner circle will help tame ‘Ye down a bit, because from the outside looking in…it looks like dude is spiraling outta control, and becoming his own worst enemy.
