Hell no she ain’t paying for his house…
David Otunga also requested that Jennifer pays for his housing subsidies, but she has just disputed that in her legal response as well. According to J. Hud, she shouldn’t have to pay for his house, because David can cop his own home, just not a lavish one, like her’s:

Via MO: “Nothing entitles David to live in a home identical to Jennifer’s,’ [Jennifer Hudson] wrote. She also ‘denies that the child support should extend to housing subsidies for David when the parties were never married.”

Then J. Hud delivered a brutal truth…

Via MO: “Having a child with a celebrity should not be the basis to treat David like someone who has given birth to a child and who has no means of supporting the child. Jennifer is the one who gave birth to the minor child, who had the minor child with her as she traveled prior to the difficulties the parties experienced in their relationship,” she wrote.

All of this comes after the many claims they made against each other. David Otunga claimed she was an unfit parent. Jennifer filed for a restraining order, claiming David pushed her while she was holding their son. David immediately clapped back and threatened to sue her for defamation, because he says she was lying on him. J. Hud then suddenly dropped her domestic abuse claim.

She also claimed that David had taken their son out of school and out of the state without informing her. Again, David clapped back, stating that Jennifer was lying to defame him and that he’d not only informed her he was taking their son to an event elsewhere, but that she replied with a text that read, ‘Ok thank u for keeping me posted.’

Whew! These two former lovebirds have a lot going on. Hopefully by their next court hearing n May, they will have reached a mutual agreement.
