The Blast also reports that David has filed a motion for Jennifer to appear at a deposition, which ultimately could help his case. However, the outcome of whether or not she’ll have to appear is still pending.

The judge did not rule on whether Hudson will be forced to answer to Otunga’s questions but set a hearing on the matter.

Hudson and Otunga already postponed their trial and are attempting to settle the entire case. They are set to appear in court in May to tell the judge of the outcome.

This battle has been filled with more drama than all of the reality television shows combined. At one point Jennifer accused David of potentially kidnapping with their son while David has been consistent with his claims that Jennifer is trying to defame his character. Hopefully the two of them can come to a resolution that, not only works for them, but works out the best for David Jr.’s well being.
