Ex Set To Battle Nipsey’s Brother For Estate’s Control?
Not only has the heat turned up for Tanisha’s fight for custody of Emani, so has her reported fight over Nipsey’s estate, which was listed at $2million (he also had an additional undisclosed amount in trust funds for his 2 children).

Nipsey died without a will. Therefore his brother and business partner, Sam Asghedom, filed an official request asking that he be granted administrator of Nipsey’s estate, to continue the business that he and Nipsey shared, and to also build on several new time sensitive business deals that have been offered for their companies.

According to TMZ, sources close to Tanisha say that she has vowed to fight for Nipsey’s estate. It’s being reported that Tanisha ‘will object to the appointment of the rapper’s brother to administer his estate,’ and get this- she just may ask that she be appointed as administrator of Nipsey’s estate.

The judge will make a final decision in Sam Asghedom’s legal request on June 10.

Red Flags
As we all know, Nipsey has two kids- daughter, Emani with Tanisha; and 2 year old son, Kross with the love of his life/actress, Lauren London. Both children will be granted equal parts of his $2 million estate.

If Tanisha -who currently has pending legal issues– wins the permanent custody battle for Emani, she will have control over Emani’s $1 million portion.

From the looks of it thus far, Nipsey’s family appears to be on the right side -or at least the most practical side- of the battle and his ex, Tanisha, seems to be on the opposite end. How so? Because at this point -unless new conflicting info surfaces- it seems that Tanisha didn’t turn up her fight for Emani until the estate was up for grabs…but only time will tell IF that is true in her case.
