He is now faced with the possibility of having new charges filed against him, over claims that he was fake attacked in a criminal case that caused mass hysteria all over social media and beyond.
What The Judge Has Just Ruled…
A Chicago Tribune reporter, Meagan Crepeau, has just revealed that Judge Michael Toomin ruled on Friday morning, that Cook County State attorney Kim Foxx did not have the authority to appoint her replacement, when she suddenly recused herself from Jussie Smollett’s case. As a result, Toomlin has now ruled that a new special prosecutor be appointed to the case, which that may lead to new charges against Jussie and a whole ‘notha set of problems for him…
