Jussie Sources Denying The Phone Call Claim
Cops also revealed that Jussie called Abel in the days following the attack, even though he’d previously denied knowing who the two guys in the video were, but were adamant they were his attackers. Now, Jussie’s team is pissed over the hype surrounding their phone call, here’s why:

Jussie’s camp is also upset about a phone call the actor made to Abel after the incident. They say the media made it look like Jussie and Abel were in an ongoing conspiracy to make the “attack” seem real.

The sources say the call was to give Abel a heads up detectives would be calling him to corroborate Jussie’s timeline … which includes a call Jussie made to Abel earlier in the evening to set up a training session the next day.

What Else Jussie’s Team Is Refuting

According to that same inside source, Jussie is mad that folks are holding him to his prior insistence that his “attackers” were White dudes instead of 2 Black men. He’s also pissed that Chicago’s Superintendent, Eddie Johnson, claims that Jussie created a few self-inflicted wounds to his face to make the supposed attack look real. FYI: The brothers said their allegedly ‘staged attack’ with Jussie was lightweight and have no idea how he ended up with a bruised face later on.

Meanwhile…Osundairo Brothers Still Suing
Despite all of Jussie’s claims, the Osundairo brothers are still suing Jussie’s lawyers for defamation of character.

The Question Of The Day:

Why isn’t Jussie seeking justice against the Osundairo brothers, if they supposedly ‘attacked’ him? Seems that would be the right thing to do, however, Jussie’s attorney says he just wants to “move on.”
