The Latest On Kevin Hart’s Condition, Following Horrific Car Crash & Emergency Surgery

ILOSM family, as we all continue to keep Kevin Hart and his 2 associated in our thoughts and prayers, we wanted to give y’all a quick update on his current condition, following his emergency surgery.

First, A Recap Of Kevin Hart’s Frightening Car Crash

In case you missed it, Kevin and two friends were involved in a terrifying car accident on Sunday, September, 1st. According to reports, cops say that his friend was driving Kevin’s blue classic vehicle, and a female passenger was in the passenger seat…Kevin was seated in the back seat. The car veered off the side of the road, plunging into a nearby ditch in Malibu Hills, CA- near Kevin’s home.

Police officers at the scene also revealed that Kevin’s two associates were found pinned in their seats underneath the car’s crushed roof. The fire department had to saw the car’s roof off to get them out.

Witnesses told TMZ that Kevin was the first to get out of the car, and that a member of his security team showed up in an SUV to scoop him up and take him home “to receive medical attention.” Shortly thereafter, Kevin was taken to the hospital. Both he and the driver suffered “major back injuries,” according to his team.

The driver had to be airlifted to UCLA Medical Center. The female passenger did not need medical attention.

Kevin Hart’s Latest Condition

Here is what has just been reported by The Blast, regarding Kevin Hart’s current condition:

Sources close to Hart tell The Blast he went under the knife Sunday night, and that, “the surgery went smoothly, and he is doing ok.”

Hart’s wife, Eniko, has been by his side at the hospital and we’re told he is up and talking to family and doctors. We’re told the comedian is “feeling as good is to be expected right after surgery,” and that everyone says he is “expected to make a full recovery.”

From the looks of the aftermath, it is miraculous that anyone survived the wreck, but we are so thankful that they did. We’ll keep you all posted as more info surfaces.
