R. Kelly is finally bringing back his classic R&B theatrical musical, “Trapped In The Closet,” with some bangin’ new chapters. This is just what the state of R&B needs right now – some true art and true excitement to shake things up a lil’ bit. If it weren’t for cats like R. Kelly, Tyrese, and a few others, R&B would be completely extinct…it’s already hanging on by a thread as it is.

Anyways, check out the new behind-the-scenes footage of Kelly’s upcoming “Closet” release. He’s transforming into a character called “Old Man Randolph” and filling us in on why he decided to create the “Trapped In The Closet” series…it has something to do with his relatives. The new “Closet” chapters will start airing on November 23 at 9 p.m. EST on IFC.
