We all love a good comeback story, right? Like when Ali came back after his 3-year ban from boxing for refusing to be drafted for the Vietnam War and returned to the ring to whip up on the legendary Joe Frazier; or the time Michael Jordan’s baseball career flopped and critics said he was too washed up to return to the NBA, but he not only returned to the NBA, Jordan helped the Chicago Bulls win their third championship title under his reign that same year!
Well now we have Ms. Chaka Khan to add to that comeback legend line-up.
Chaka (and her sister) is now out of rehab for her years-long addiction to the prescription pain med, fentanyl, and has stepped back on stage like she NEVER left! Her vocals are still the bomb, she looks incredible, and she even reminded us of her DRUMMING SKILLS…that’s right, Chaka can play drums like nobody’s business!
