It’s just been reported that John Singleton’s mother, Sheila Ward, has a will that her son supposedly left in her possession. Check out the details below:
Via TMZ: Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, John’s mother, Shelia Ward, is in possession of the will and it will soon be filed with the probate court. Shelia handled all of John’s business affairs, which includes the last will and testament. … It’s unclear when John signed the will, but it’s not out of the question someone might try and mount a challenge that the will should be invalid because of undue influence or mental incapacity.
Hypothetical Problems & Suspicions The Will Could Ignite For Singleton’s Kids
This latest discovery presumably was a mystery to John’s seven kids. So whenever Mama Sheila does decide to file the will, pretty sure her grandbabies will raise a few questions about it.
The Singleton kids may also possibly question the authenticity of the will.
Another question that could arise, is their Grandmother’s influence over John’s will, given that she oversees all of his business affairs and has done so for years. You see, if Sheila’s grandkids’ claims are true -for example, John’s son, Maasai, once accused his Grandmother of having a ‘controlling’ and ‘manipulative’ relationship with his Dad- then it’s possible that the will she possesses, is more favorable toward her and less so toward John’s children.
