NBA icon, Scottie Pippen, has one family pissed off after including their 5 year old daughter in a pending lawsuit….only thing is, it doesn’t seem like he’s the one wrong here.
Pippen is currently suing a comedian named, Lindsay Glazer, for the whopping $100,000.00 worth of damage he says she and her family have done to his $10 million Florida mansion.
He originally filed his lawsuit in December 2018, but after a few complaints from Lindsay and her fam,’ regarding the details in his ‘suit, the NBA star has now amended his lawsuit to include their daughter, Daniella (5), whom is referred to as “tortious minor” in the lawsuit filing.
According to Pippen’s lawsuit, Glazer’s 5 year old is accused of having done major damage to Pippen’s home with a box of Crayola crayons, by coloring all over the walls. The Glazer family is also accused of destroying his home, after urine was reportedly found in every room, and furniture was damaged. Additionally, Pippen says Glazer or her family members stole a knife set from his home:
“While Defendants were tenants in the Property, Defendants permitted [Daniella] and others to deface certain elements of the Property with markers, crayons and/or cause damage of similar nature,” the suit now reads. … Pippen also claims in the suit that the family allowed their pets to urinate on “furniture, linens, beds, floors, carpets and basically anything else they chose.” – [Too Fab]
Now Lindsay Glazer (pictured above) is hella pissed, not because they damaged Pippen’s multimillion dollar mansion, but because he noted the Crayola crayon destruction their 5 year old reportedly did to their home in the ‘suit:
Via Too Fab- Lindsay, who leased the $10million Fort Lauderdale mansion after her own home was damaged during Hurricane Irma, jibed in a press release obtained by TooFab Wednesday, “Who would have ever thought that Dennis Rodman would be strengthening relations with North Korea, and Scottie ‘No Tippin’ Pippen would be the crazy one suing little girls?”
Lindsay Glazer then denied Pippen’s urine claim against them. She instead took a jab at Pippen’s 20 year old daughter, Sierra, who was once arrested in 2015 for supposedly ‘relieving herself’ in the foyer of an Iowa hotel:
“We have no idea where the urine in Scottie’s home came from, perhaps it was his daughter, who has a history of urinating in places where she shouldn’t,” Glazer said in her statement.
As far as the knife set Pippen says Glazer stole, she started a GoFundMe account, asking for $14 dollars to give him his money back, but Pippen ain’t tryna hear that…he wants the full $100G’s in damages he says Lindsay Glazer and her daughter have done.
