Lauryn Hill has now issued a public apology for strolling into her Pittsburgh show three hours late on Tuesday evening. However, “that thing, that thing, tha-at thi-ii-i-ing” she just can’t seem to get from her pissed off fans right about now, is forgiveness. Not that her fans are harsher than any other artist’s fans, they’re just sick n’ tired of Lauryn pulling the ol’ ‘oops-my-bad-didn’t-mean-to-make-you-show-up-on-time-for-my-three-hour-delayed-concert‘ on ’em. And they have responded…
LAURYN HILL’S APOLOGY
The day after her Pittsburgh show at Heinz Hall, Ms. Hill caught wind of the backlash and posted this apology on Twitter:
FANS REACT TO HILL’S APOLOGY
Needless to say, her fans let her have it even more! Not only did they keep bashing Hill right there on her timeline, but they clearly think she’s either lying, or that she could have handled it differently and didn’t need to leave them hangin’…again:

Unfortunately, Lauryn Hill has built a reputation for showing up extremely late for her performances.
The bright side is that the realness Hill’s fans are now giving her on social media, just may be the push she needed in order to make some changes to how she and her crew role. At this point, Ms. Hill should be willing to do whatever it takes to make sure her brand stays on point- even if it means she has to show up a day early just to be on time…just saying. We’ve still got love for you though Lauryn Hill.
