The Destructive Chain Of Events
Two women are claiming that they witnessed Eric Holder get into a violent physical altercation with their male friend. This allegedly happened one hour before he gunned down L.A. hip-hop artist Nipsey Hussle in front of his Marathon clothing store.
The court documents were obtained from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office on May 21st. The documents contained statements from the two women who both live in New Jersey. It has been made clear that the sisters didn’t actually witness the alleged attack in person. However their statements to the police are a recount of the incident from an unidentified male acquaintance.
According to the statements, Holder showed up to his neighbor’s apartment next door around 2pm on March 31. Then the altercation erupted.
The pair of women allege that Holder accused the unnamed man of selling him laced weed. “You put drugs in the pot you sold me.” Holder was said to have yelled at the man in a “violent tone,” according to a sworn statement from one of the women.
The Alleged Attack
Holder then allegedly pistol-whipped the guy in the back of the head as the two man were talking in the hallway. The unnamed male said when he turned around to confront Holder, he saw “a gun fall and slide towards his feet”. The description he gave to the women was “a big silver gun” and “semi-automatic”. The victim then allegedly fled to his apartment and locked himself inside after the attack.
The two women claim that they filed a report with the police on behalf of their friend. He supposedly was too afraid to come forward due to his drug affiliation and selling Holder marijuana. It is slightly odd that the women live in New Jersey while their friend lives across the country in Long Beach, California. Which is where the alleged altercation took place.
Lastly, the documents obtained show that all three people suggest that Holder is a gang member. If you remember, there was heavy speculation over gang involvement right after the fatal shooting of Nipsey.
