Michael Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray, just released a tell-all book and has the NERVE to be ‘telling all’ about the icon HE killed! Okay I’ll be politically correct and reword that- Murray’s telling all about the icon he ‘administered the lethal dosage of Propofol to.’ Moving on…One would think that this dude would just be grateful he’s not rotting in jail, being that he only served that infant sized prison term of 2 years (out of 4) for MJ’s death. But nah, instead of laying low and away from the press, this who-did-it-and-got-away-with-it doc is running toward the press, pushing a book, and claiming he’s NOT doing it for the money.
