Remember just last week Remy turned herself in to authorities to be booked for misdemeanor assault. So Remy could be hit with a lawsuit in this case as well. Brittney Taylor, the accuser has already retained a civil attorney.
However Remy’s lawyer’s confident the case will be dropped once they review the home security footage. Which will prove Remy was nowhere near the scene. Essentially Taylor’s case will be dismissed and Remy will be cleared.
It doesn’t stop there, Florio argued that there is no surveillance footage from Irving Plaza that supports Taylor’s claim. Originally she claimed she was assaulted in the green room area. Which Florio says she’s obtained a photo from the night of the alleged assault as well. The photo was timestamped hours afterward that shows Brittney with no scratches nor bruises on her face.
Remy story is she left her house that night, stopped at Target to pick up some baby items. She did not arrive at Irving Plaza until 10:45 PM which was 15 minutes before her scheduled performance.
Good thing Remy seems to have a team of good lawyers, maybe she’ll let Safaree borrow one!
