The Real Housewives of Atlanta is one of the most successful series from Bravo and creator Andy Cohen’s entire Housewives franchise. Naturally, because they do such a wonderful job of always bringing tons of drama they need to be compensated accordingly. But judging by the way these ladies are paid it becomes apparent that the more drama you bring to the table the more money you’ll be seeing in your paycheck.
When Keeping It Real Goes Right
The peaches from RHOA have had their share of ups and downs during this past season, yet the one thing they all have in common is that they’ll be walking away with a considerable amount of money for their efforts. Though some will have more money to spend than others. Radar Online has revealed the salaries of the RHOA cast and of course NeNe Leakes came out on top with her high salary. But how did the other ladies fare?
Newcomers Tanya Sam and Shamari Devoe made the least during last season, with salaries of $150K and $250K respectively. Unfortunately Shamari’s been let go from the show but will appear from time to time in a reduced role. Newlywed Eva Marcille got a nice pay raise going from $250K to $275K while friend of the show Marlo Hampton got a raise as well going from $275K to a hefty $300K. Rounding out the rest of the lesser paid cast is Kenya Moore, who will be returning for season 12 at a very discounted rate. Because of the drama surrounding her secret marriage and lack of cooperation to allow cameras into her private life she’s gone from her $1.5 million salary to just $500K. Wow! Talk about a downgrade.
So how does the rest of the cast make out?
