This could become a real jacked up situation for Mary J. Blige if the divorce court judge sees it Kendu Isaacs’ way. Apparently Mary J. Blige has her attorney fighting tooth and nail to make sure her soon-to-be-ex-husband, Kendu, doesn’t get one red cent of her paper in their divorce. There’s a problem though, at least according to what Kendu and his lawyers are saying, and like we said, if what he’s saying is true, this will be a serious prob’ for Mary J.’s bank account. Via TMZ: Mary J. Blige wants to make it absolutely clear that her prenup is solid as a rock … but her estranged husband begs to differ. The singer’s lawyer, Gary Fishbein, filed docs asking the judge to give her prenup the stamp of approval. She’s worried because the lawyer for Martin “Kendu” Isaacs has made sounds it’s not worth the paper it’s written on, calling it “immensely invalid, unenforceable and unconscionable.”

Mary says they drew up the prenup on December 5th, 2003 and got married 2 days later. She filed for divorce back in July and asked the judge to block Isaacs’ bid for spousal support. It’s pretty simple — she says the prenup clearly lays out who gets what. If it’s thrown out … it’ll be an ugly mess.

Mary J. probably wants “no more drama” in her life, but right about now, it doesn’t look like she’s gonna get it as long as this pre-nuptial situation is pending.

We still can’t believe they’re actually getting a divorce, they seemed like the coolest couple on the planet for the past 11 years. But unfortunately, it just wasn’t meant to be. We’re not really sure why they’re divorcing- there were whispers that it was because Kendu (who was also Mary’s manager) was allegedly the reason she’s gotten into tax troubles with the IRS over the past couple years, but there is no proof that it was Kendu’s fault, so that is strictly a rumor as of now.

But whatever the reason, Kendu made it clear he wants to get his Keith Sweat on and “Make It Last Forever” with his wife, because he posted this message on Instagram shortly after it was announced Mary J. was dropping him like a bad habit…

But Mary J., on the other hand, seems to be rockin’ to a few of her own jams: “No More Drama,” “Not Gon’ Cry,” and “Be Happy,” because it’s clear to see that she is dead set on moving forward with the divorce…
