You might not know actor, De’Aundre Bonds’ name, but his face probably looks familiar to you because he starred in several 90’s and early 2000’s movies, including Spike Lee’s Get On The Bus, Lockdown, Tales From The Hood, and his role in the 1999 movie, The Wood (also starring Omar Epps, Taye Diggs and Richard T. Jones). He played “Stacey,” the gangster older brother to Malinda Williams character, “Alicia” in The Wood, and unfortunately in real life he just had to live through a gangster situation, so to speak.
