The will is outdated?
John’s other 6 children stand a good chance at actually getting their fare share of their father’s estate, because the will is apparently outdated. It was created in 1993, when Justice was John’s only child. Therefore, he did not intentionally rule his other 6 children out of his will, which is typically the reason why one’s will must be honored as is. In his kids’ case, they simply did not exist when he wrote it.

Also, John Singleton’s reported net worth is $35 million, but as we previously reported, his will only accounted for $3.8 million in assets. The remaining $31+ million is presumably in a trust John set up and it’s highly possible his children could be listed as equal beneficiaries to that trust.
Even though Justice Singleton is apparently very close to her siblings, the others have no choice but to legally contest the will she’s been awarded, so that it can hopefully be legally ruled invalid.
