Cosby’s Message Sparked Fan Debate…
After Cosby’s Father’s Day message went viral on Twitter and Instagram, we noticed that there is a precise split of mixed reactions online. Many supported his message, and many others also slammed it…
ken****: So everyone’s cool with the whole drugging and raping thing? So that’s where we are as a society? Give your frigging heads a shake. Wake up!
sammy********: Funny Trump did the same and he’s still president
Soooooo… If I volunteer time at a sheltered for battered women but then go home and assault my wife, we’re good right?
I don’t remember anyone talking about all the amazing things Bill Cosby did for the Black community…
Ugh

msmon******: This is why they toke u from us
Anti-Black racists are upset that Bill Cosby- who was the victim of a racially motivated extortion scheme that wrongfully landed him in jail- sent out a Father’s Day tweet.
Fun fact: Bill Cosby has NEVER been charged or convicted of rape.

wizard*******: Who thought this was a good idea♂️?? Radio silence!!!
The same thing happened in the Bill Cosby case. After 14 years, 65 accusers, 20 television specials, and hundreds of news reports and articles, I am still looking for the slightest bit of evidence that even a single accuser was telling the truth. Mass hysteria fueled by bigotry. https://t.co/eiQtoVBNjd

esc*****: Throw Bill under the fucking jail.
Cosby’s Spokesperson Says It Was A Misunderstanding…
Cosby’s spokesman has now spoken out to USA Today to clear up the drama:
[Bill Cosby’s] spokesman, Andrew Wyatt, told USA TODAY that Cosby requested a Father’s Day message be posted from him. Wyatt said Cosby wanted to support a group called Man Up.
“Mr. Cosby’s (message) consisted of telling these men who have been incarcerated for many years, but are up for parole soon…to…take the word “disadvantage” and remove the “dis,” and start focusing on the advantage,” Wyatt said. “That advantage is to be better fathers and productive citizens.”
