64-year-old Stevie Wonder is now a father to the 9th power! YEP! His reps confirmed that Stevie and his girlfriend, Tomeeka Robyn Bracy, have just welcomed a beautiful baby girl named Nia.
This also confirms what Stevie said after that ‘triplets rumor’ surfaced – he only had ONE baby on the way- Baby Nia. (SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM TO VIDEO OF STEVIE CONFIRMING THAT).
Nia is the couple’s second child together and Stevie also has seven other children from previous relationships. His oldest kid is 39 year old Aisha Morris (whom Stevie’s song, “Isn’t She Lovely” was written for). So basically, his children’s ages span across almost 4 DECADES! Looks like our man Stevie’s been pretty busy..LOL. Go ‘head Mr. Wonder!
Last month Stevie appeared on The View and set the record straight on the rumor that he was expecting triplets: “I got, how many, 22 kids?’ he joked, before telling Whoopi and the rest of the ladies on The View: “It’s not true. The truth is we’re going to have a wonderful daughter, born in December, [and her] name is going to be Nia, which means ‘purpose’.”
The singer’s spokesman added that ‘Purpose’ is also ‘one of the seven principles of Kwanzaa,’ (for those who may not be familiar with the holiday, Kwanzaa is the annual African and African American weeklong celebration that begins on Dec. 26th and ends on January 1st and it’s a spiritual celebration built on feasting and gift-giving).

We’re happy that Stevie and his girlfriend have a happy, healthy little girl. Can’t wait to see if little Nia will have that phenomenal singing ability like her Pops and some of her older siblings. Here are couple more pics of Steve and Tomeeka.
