Most of us Old Schoolers know Sylvester Stallone as the on-screen boxer, Rocky, but nowadays he’s quickly becoming known as the actor who’s preparing for a intense real-life fight of his own. That’s right, Stallone is ready to hit his accuser with some legal uppercuts and counter punches, after a woman has claimed that he raped her decades ago when she was just 16 years old.
Before we get into how he’s legally clapping back, let us feel y’all in on what the woman has claimed thus far:
Via TMZ: Sylvester Stallone is vehemently denying an allegation he sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl back in 1986 while he was in Las Vegas. The claim is based on a police report in which the alleged victim said Stallone, who was 40 at the time, invited her up to his room at the Las Vegas Hilton. She claims he had sex with her, and then asked if she’d ever had sex with 2 men at the same time. According to the police report, published by the Daily Mail, the girl claimed Stallone’s bodyguard then came out of the bathroom and she was forced to perform oral sex on him and Stallone. She claims Stallone threatened to “beat her head in” if she told anyone.
Stallone is now making moves to sue the breaks of the woman over her allegations:
Sylvester Stallone just paid a visit to a powerful criminal defense lawyer, but not because he’s going on the defense. Stallone and his civil lawyer, Marty Singer, showed up Friday afternoon at the law offices of Blair Berk. We’re told he’s there because Berk is assisting him in filing a police report against the woman who claimed he raped her back in 1990. … The woman has filed a police report, and Stallone is firing back with his own police report claiming she committed the crime of lying on a police report. Stallone says the rape allegation is a lie.
Another day, another celebrity being accused of sexual assault. Some of the many allegations we’ve seen against celebrities lately, may be true and some may be false. Who knows? But wherever the truth lies, hopefully the guilty parties -either the accused or the accusers- will be brought o justice.
