We almost forgot about this interview Stephanie Mills did a few years ago on the Monique Show, but I just so happened to lay my eyes on this video again this morning and let me tell you something, Stephanie is the REAL DEAL!

She ain’t holding ANYTHING back about the intimate relationship she had with the late, great Michael Jackson! Not only is our girl, Stephanie, a powerhouse singer that will blow most of these young girls in the industry today out of the building, she is a real down to earth woman, who doesn’t seem to have much to hide about herself and that’s why we love us some Stephanie. Check out all of the details she spilled about her intimacy with MJ.

Stephanie Mills: “At that time, I was what- 15, 16 years old – and every girl in America wanted to be with Michael Jackson. And I just KNEW that I was gonna be Mrs. Michael Jackson. Now …I will say this, he was TRULY my boyfriend, now I don’t know if I was his girlfriend, but he was TRULY my boyfriend, okay?!! And we spent a LOT of time together. I got a chance to spend a LOTTA time with him, especially when…well, he would come to the show [“The Wiz” Broadway play Stephanie was starring in as “Dorothy” at the time] almost everyday and sit back and watch…and I got a chance to go to the house. So we became really, really, really, really good friends and I was REALLY in love. I just knew I was gon’ be Mrs. Michael Jackson. […]

I was washing his clothes, I stayed with him on Sutton [inaudible]. … I made rice for him one day and he said the rice was real runny, because I can’t cook -I don’t profess to cook- but he ate it. I was trying to cook for him (LOL).”

When Mo’Nique jokingly said, “Now that sounds like an overnight visit…did you go to Never-Neverland?!!” Stephanie laughed, then replied:

“YEEEESSS! …Well, I will say this, I used to spend a lot of time [with Michael] and I did spend the night, but [she pauses] I did, I just spent the night (LOL).”

Clearly, there was more to Stephanie Mills’ story than what she gave and that was evident in her body language during her interview. See what else she had to say in the video below.

What did I tell you?!! Stephanie kept it all the way REAL in that one and did you catch that look on Monique’s face after she told her audience “Mind y’all damn business, she spent the night!” Her facial expression was priceless!

MJ seems to have had a strong effect on the ladies because Stephanie wasn’t the only who spoke out about her time with the King of Pop. Who’s Her Crush?

Stephanie Mills was crushin’ on none other than the late, great TUPAC SHAKUR! That’s who Stephanie said she would have loved to date back in the day! Can you believe that?!! Here’s what she said:

STEPHANIE: My favorite- my all favorite time rapper is Tupac. See I could have been Tupac’s girlfriend.

EGYPT: Stephanie… wait, stop stop stop stop. Stephanie Mills just said she could have been Tupac’s girlfriend. I’m done.

STEPHANIE: You know I could’ve. I love Tupac. Oh my God yeah.

Okay here’s the question: What would it have been like had Stephanie actually dated ‘Pac? We put together this fun, hypothetical list of a few bumps in the road that we think that relationship would have faced:

1. Stephanie would have had to probably fight Madonna over him. Yep, Pac was dating Madonna in the 90’s. Madonna just confirmed this a few weeks ago on the “Howard Stern Show.” Lawd! That woman dated a whole lotta folks! LOL.

2. Quincy Jones‘ daughter, Kidada Jones, wouldn’t have been too happy if Stephanie and Tupac would have been in a relationship. Kidada was dating Tupac at the time of his death and she had his face tattooed on her arm…now that’s love on a whole ‘notha level right there.

3. Stephanie and Kidada would have had to also deal with Keisha Morris. Keisha was Pac’s wife until just 3 months before he died. She’s not in the entertainment industry and most people didn’t find out about her until after Pac passed away. It turns out, ‘Pac got married to her while he was in prison in August of ’95. Their marriage was annulled 10 months later in June of 1996 (after Pac was released from prison), and then 3 months after that, in September of ’96, he was tragically killed. Keisha said Tupac always told her that he didn’t want her to be thrown into the drama surrounding him, so they agreed to end their marriage.

4. Overall, Stephanie would have probably had to be a “ride or die chick,” which is something that totally does not fit the mold of the classy lady we all know Stephanie Mills to be.

So again, this was all in fun ILOSM fam,’ but seriously, we couldn’t imagine our girl Stephanie walking around hand and hand with Tupac. Although we have nothing but love for ‘Pac, he was a phenomenal and insightful artist, but that relationship would have most definitely been an oil and water type of blend for sure.

Tupac was like an updated version of Gil Scott-Heron when it came to his music- very wise, real, and controversial lyrical content; but when it came to the ladies in his life, ‘Pac was more like Prince or maybe even basketball legend, Wilt Chamberlain, okay so maybe not Wilt (with his 20,000 women claim), but you get my point- just women galore, in constant rotation…LOL.

On the flip side, Stephanie seemed like she was always a good girl, so the only thing she probably could have done for ‘Pac in regards to a relationship, was use the 14 year age difference that she had over ‘Pac, to calm him down and offer him wisdom about life. Stephanie’s still got it though – beautiful voice, beautiful face, curves and all, and she’s making 61 look like the new 41!

Okay ILOSM family, here’s the deal: For decades folks have been wondering, speculating and some outright claiming that Michael Jackson was gay, BUT there has never been any concrete, hardcore proof that he was.

So we have scoured the earth for some actual, factual footage that shows snippets of MJ in his TRUE light and let’s just say that MJ is putting that whole “gay” question to rest. Watch the video and you be the judge…

Why is it that whenever the Old School graces the stage at these awards shows, they ALWAYS shut it down?!! We know why…because ain’t no party like an OLD SCHOOL party ’cause an OLD SCHOOL party don’t stop! That, and the fact that Old School music is music that will never die! One more thing…Old School artists are just better…hands down…Yeah we said it! LOL.

Okay now we know that you’re probably seeing every website out there recapping the Soul Train Awards, so we’re not gonna do that to you, we’ll just get right down to the good stuff. Here we go!
