That eviction apparently didn’t catch Vince by surprise. Why? Because earlier this month (March 2019) it was reported that NK Real Estate Investments hit Vince with two lawsuits- one for eviction and the other for cutting them a bad check.

Those lawsuits stemmed from the one year lease agreement the company says Vince signed in December 2018. Apparently everything was all good with Vincent’s December and January rental payments, but went sour in February 2019, when he missed the payment altogether, prompting the company March lawsuit:

Via TheBlast- The suit claimed Herbert entered into a one-year lease over a Los Angeles condo back in December 2018. Herbert was supposed to pay $37,000 a month but allegedly did not pay in February. He was served last month with a three-day notice to pay rent or quit. The company sued Herbert for the unpaid rent of $38,850, plus other costs.

Since Vince reportedly didn’t accept the company’s 3-day warning, he now has dug a deeper whole for himself and will be finding a new home soon.

This is an unfortunate situation, but just like the Old School saying goes, ‘What doesn’t kill you, will only make you stronger.’ Hopefully, Vince Herbert will be able to bounce back from his financial setback soon.
