The Jasmine Brand reports that on Tuesday Tiffany tweeted about how she deals with hurt from her past, which is a brave move considering how vicious folks can be on social media.
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night so hurt. I don’t know if it’s from my past, from something right now, or what is to come. All I do know is, I Thank God for letting me wake up and I cry away the hurt so I can clear space for what feels Good Love and success.

Many of her followers (including Nobody’s Fool co-star Tika Sumpter) offered words of encouragement and support after Tiffany’s revelation.
Love you.

I feel you Tiff and can see the hurt in your eyes. As they say is your eyes are the window to your soul. The bible says that you are a slave to what controls you (your past). Let that mess go baby girl because where God has you going, your past is not welcome!

Some followers suggested Tiffany seek professional help for her struggles and she was quick to point out that, along with her faith, she’s been seeing a therapist for years.
Just once a month or so. But I have been getting professional help for a long time 1st from God and then I also have a cool therapist.

Let this be a lesson to everyone that celebrities are human just like the rest of us. Whatever Tiffany is going through we’re all praying for healing and growth so she can continue being the superstar we all know and love.
