Steve Harvey and his estranged ex-wife, Mary Vaughn, are at each other’s throats yet again. A couple months ago, we reported details about Mary’s massive $60 million lawsuit and now Steve has fired back with his own legal filing. According to Bossip, Steve’s attorneys are requesting to have the lawsuit tossed out. The famed comedian/talk show host didn’t hold back when he reportedly shared his opinion of his ex-wife.

Frivolous and Embarrassment?:

It has been reported that documents obtained from the filing have revealed Steve’s scathing opinion about the whole ordeal. The Steve Harvey Show host has turned the tables and blamed Mary for her own downfall. Steve claims Mary is to blame for the long, drawn-out “pattern of harassment” against him. Steve went on to say that his ex-wife has been unable to move forward with her life since they split back in 2005 and she has a history of media slander.

“Unwilling to move on with her life, Ms. Vaughn has engaged in a prolonged pattern of harassment and vexatious litigation against Mr. Harvey that has resulted in four separate injunction orders and a judicial finding of contempt against Ms. Vaughn for violating these orders on at least 20 occasions,” Steve’s answer, obtained by Bossip, states.

Not Backing Down:

Despite Steve’s attempt to clap back at Mary, it’s probably safe to say his efforts won’t stop her pursuit. One thing is for sure: Mary has been fighting for years in hopes of recouping the losses she suffered as a result of the divorce. For as long as fans can probably remember, Mary has claimed that Steve cheated on her with his current wife, Marjorie. In fact, she even claims Steve and Marjorie – who was reportedly an employee of Steve and Mary’s company during their marriage – took over and phased her out of their business. She also claims he falsified records to have the divorce finalized without her consent.

“Steve Harvey owes me $50 million, and I want him arrested for violating my civil rights!,” she said. “I want him charged with a constitutional rights violation, falsifying documents, perjury, contempt of court, embezzlement, extortion, and collusion. For what he’s done to me, I want to see Steve Harvey behind bars!” She continued, “The judge said our divorce would be contingent upon the division of community assets,” she added. “But that never happened.”

It looks like Steve won’t ever be totally done with Mary until he comes up with the cash she believes she’s entitled to, because she’s not backing down.
