Lawyer’s For Usher & Accuser Confirm Their “Amicable” Agreement…
Here’s what TMZ has now reported regarding the latest on Laura Helm’s $20 million lawsuit:
According to court docs, Laura filed to dismiss her suit earlier this week because she and Usher have “reached an amicable resolution.” As to how much that resolution cost Usher — neither side will say.
We reached out to attorneys for both sides, and they would only repeat that word … “amicable.” The dismissal was filed with prejudice … meaning it can’t be refiled, and that’s typically done when there’s been a financial settlement.
What About The Other Accusers, ‘John Doe’ & Quantasia Sharpton?
With the seemingly paid off case of Laura Helm, it now brings into question: What exactly is up with Usher’s other two Herpes accusers, who surfaced around the same time as Laura. Initially, their claims were very public, but seems like ever since late 2018, they’ve hit the mute button.
In particular, Quantasia Sharpton- who does NOT have Herpes, but filed a lawsuit, claiming Usher exposed her to it- was the most vocal accuser of the three. Yet, ever since September 2018 -when she accused Usher of trying to stall the case, by failing to schedule a mediation date- she’s been uncharacteristically radio silent.
Male accuser, ‘John Doe’ -who in 2018 claimed that Usher had sexual relations with him in a spa without informing him of his alleged Herpes- was very persistent in going after Usher’s medical records and past alleged STD settlement with another accuser. However, since December 2018, he also has seemingly been on mute.
