If you haven’t seen this performance of K-Ci & JoJo of Jodeci absolutely killin’ it on stage, singing their tribute to Stevie Wonder at his BET tribute, you have to lay your eyes on this! The quality of this video isn’t high definition, but I think that the way this performance is going to touch you is well worth the watch. K-Ci & JoJo have a natural ability to take us to chuuuurch no matter where they are, or who’s in the audience- White, Black, Asian- it doesn’t matter, they move the crowd! They were raised by their Mother and minister Father, in a Pentecostal church down south in North Carolina and K-Ci said “Even today, you can hear the gospel in our voices. The gospel will never leave us.”

Some singers sing, and some singers SANG! K-Ci & JoJo are natural born SANGERS, just like their lil’ cuz’ Fantasia (we’ll highlight her at another time because she is one of the few new school singers who are holding it down with real talent). Anyways, we wish them and the other members of Jodeci- Devante Swing & Dalvin, much success with their upcoming Epic Records album, The Past, The Present, and The Future.
