Aftermath of Raid
The spider monkey was seized from Swae Lee’s home. The Cotton-top Tamarin listed in the search warrant for Mally’s place was not found at his home. Mally clarified with TMZ that he was just detained at his home as police searched and then released him. No arrest were made. The producer and his lawyer say the allegations for exotic animal possession and human trafficking are ridiculous. His attorney, Steve Sadow, told TMZ, “If they had real evidence they would have arrested him. They don’t have evidence. It’s bogus. Period.”
The music producer says these allegations all stem from an extortionist. Sources close to the investigation claim the LAPD SWAT informed officers, the raid was triggered by allegations of “multiple rapes and human sex trafficking, as well as firearms on the premise.” Continuing; “he was illegally importing exotic species into California for people working in the entertainment industry.”
Previous Sex Allegations
In January a woman claimed that after seeing her fitness videos on social media Mally flew her out from Texas to LA. She claims to have stayed at his home where he drugged, raped and locked her in a room. She stayed another day and had intercourse with him a second time. The woman claimed felt she had to be “submissive.” The following day she went to a hospital for a rash. A nurse called the cops after observing what appeared to be vaginal trauma.
Sources close to Mally said everything was consensual and they were partying together the entire weekend. Friends that were there also mentioned that the woman was in no rush to leave. There are also voicemails and texts proving she was trying to blackmail him for money.
Since the incident the woman has reached out to various authorities, including the sex unit in the LAPD’s Robbery Homicide Division. Cops believe there are at least 3 women who have come forward with similar allegations of rape.
The investigation is still ongoing.
