In order to be a successful artist back in the day, the artists HAD to be talented (unlike many artists today). A lot of Old School artists had so many talents, that a lot of them were hidden.

We all knew Sammy Davis Jr. was an extremely talented dude when it came to singing and his tap dance skills, but we had NO idea he had a whole OTHER skill! Well, actually, a few of us did. I’ve known for a while, but I think I’m in the minority.
