Diana Ross’ youngest child, Evan Ross, has just given up his Hollywood Hills, CA bachelor pad for a cool $1.25 million. That house is laid, but Evan’s new wife, singer Ashlee Simpson, is about to pop any day now…her due date is at the end of this month (July 2015).
So it looks like Evan is making way for his new family by moving to a bigger crib so that he can have more than enough space for himself, his baby, as well as Ashlee, and Ashlee’s 6 year old son from a previous marriage. When Evan first bought the house, he was a single man, but now that things have changed, he’s making some grown man decisions. One thing is certain, Diana’s baby boy is living WELL.

The features on the bachelor pad are:
