It’s been a long time coming, but Janet Jackson and the daughter of her big bro,’ Michael Jackson, have finally reunited. It’s a beautiful thing to witness, and both Paris and Janet Jackson seem happy they’ve reconnected.

In a sentimental online post, Janet shared a new photo of herself chillin’ with her niece, Paris…in Paris for Fashion Week.

She captioned the photo with a loving message:

“So good catching up w/ my beautiful niece @parisjackson 💖💖💖”

Soon after the post was shared, Paris was the first one to reply, leaving a black heart emoji on Janet’s post.

Fans are excited as all get-out to see the Jackson ladies back together again, voicing their love for the two in the comments.

It’s Been A Long Time Coming…

Now, we’re not sure exactly when, or if Janet and Paris reunited in the past…following their infamous heated argument that was captured on video in 2012. Many of y’all may remember when Auntie Janet pulled up on Paris and her brothers, Prince and Bigi (formerly Blanket) Jackson outside of their California home at that time.

Their argument was allegedly over the family’s claims (at that time), that the Jackson fam’s matriarch, Katherine Jackson, was missing for a few days…and apparently the three Jackson kids were missing as well back then. Upon their return to their home, Janet and her brother, Randy Jackson, were right there to confront Michael’s kids. At that point, Janet seemingly let her inner ‘Joe Jackson’ surface after Paris appears to have brushed her off…to which Janet responded by attempting to slap Paris’s phone out of her hand. Paris seemed shocked and then scurried inside the home.

After that video went viral, Janet and Paris reportedly had not been seen in public together ever since that 2012 incident. So, that’s why fans are rejoicing after seeing that Janet has let bygones be bygones with her niece, Paris.

On a side note, big ups to Janet for representin’ the Old School very well. During her recent Fashion Week appearance, she looked GOODT– not ‘good’…but GOODT…there’s a difference. 🙃

Anywho, as for Janet and Paris — they say time heals all wounds…and clearly, it looks like that’s what’s happened between Janet and Paris. All’s well that ends well.
