Why She No Longer Has To Be Questioned
The judge has now dismissed Valencia Love from R. Kelly’s $178,000 unpaid rent case because the landlord has forcefully collected ALL of the stacks that Kellz owes him. So, in the final hour of R. Kelly possibly being exposed as ‘hiding money’ in his ‘close friend’s’ possession, seems like they BOTH avoided the extra heat on themselves.
Landlord Wiped Out R. Kelly’s Bank Accounts…Left Him With -$13
As we previously reported, R. Kelly’s banks accounts were left hella bare, after the landlord scraped those joints clean.
R. Kelly reportedly has three active bank accounts- one with Wintrust Bank, which allegedly has -$13; and two with Bank of America, which was holding $44,595.58 and $110,056.64, but unfortunately for R. Kelly, the landlord pretty wiped out the latter two, only leaving $625 in them.
Although R. Kelly’s landlord was able to seize $150K from two of the bank accounts, Kelly still owed more at that time, so further action was taken to cover his remaining debt.
Since Kelly’s well ran dry, the landlord fired off subpoenas to ASCAP, Sony Music, with the hopes that he still owns at least some of the rights to his music, and thus the landlord would be able to collect his remaining balance from there.
We’re not sure if that is exactly how the remaining balance of R. Kelly’s whopping $173K judgement was paid off, but apparently, the landlord got his paper somehow, because Valencia Love is officially off the hook now.
